It involves the adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges to manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance and increase vitality. It focuses on the improvement of the physical, psychological and spiritual health and wellness of an individual. All our programs, tailor made for each client based on their needs. As a yoga therapist, Asmeeta focuses on managing and controlling health ailments and conditions.

- The Assessment
     Gathering of all relevant and essential information and data to identify the issues.
- The Therapy & Counseling
     Personal 1-2-1 session with Asmeeta customized for the individual to facilitate healing in order to achieve holistic wellbeing.
- Post Therapy
     After the conclusion of the therapy, a customized plan is shared with the client. The plan will contain all the details of the yoga practice that the client will be able to follow at      home.
